Congratulations for the wonderful website. Dr. Nainwal's efforts for newsletter are commendable.
I was thinking instead of news letter Dr. Nainwal name it IROPOJ (Indian Railway Ophthalmic Physician's Online Journal) and have publications, case reports, Railway Circulars, news, surplus eye medicines to be disbursed, literary creations by members and off course advertisements from traders.
Other thought is members arena to be in two modes, in one mode it is zone wise with department details and in other mode it is alphabetically ordered with family details (including photographs, bdays and anniversaries). Best of luck.
